MISSION
God’s passion for his name and his glory are the supreme reasons for his actions in the world. Therefore, God’s passion for his name should be our central motivation in missions. God is not being worshipped among every people as he deserves, so we go to call out worshippers from every people, tribe and nation. As the church, we are called to join God in his mission to make his glory known to every person on earth. We both proclaim the good news and demonstrate it in our actions.
FOR THE NATIONS
The primary method is making disciples in the context of a local church. Where there is no church, we strive to extend his kingdom through planting churches. As a church, we want to simultaneously be on mission locally in our community among our neighbors, in our nation and to the ends of the earth especially among the unreached. OUR PARTNERSHIPS
Redeeming Grace - Puerto Rico
Redeeming Grace Church is a church plant in Vega Baja, Puerto Rico that seeks “through the proclamation of the Gospel to make disciples who live in worship to God, growing in holiness, loving, serving and reaching others. (Matthew 28: 19-20)”
Hoover & Karen - Vancouver, Canada
Hoover & Karen are serving as the Global City Leader for the city of Vancouver. They coordinate church planting for the IMB in the city, as well as consulting with NAMB church planters and CNBC (Canadian National Baptist Convention) church leaders. Metro Vancouver has a population of 2.7 million. It is ethnically diverse: 49.3% speak English as a 2nd language. Over 50 percent of the population of Vancouver are visible minorities.
Griffith Baptist Church - Winston-Salem
Zach & Morgan Decker are seeking to revitalize a historic church in Winston-Salem, NC. Pray for them as they give new vision to the church to engage the community around them with the gospel.
Marseille, France
We are working alongside an IMB team to share the gospel through serving, praying, and building relationships with a focus on the North African Muslims living in Marseille.
The Vine Church - Blacksburg

Our own Vince and Kara Oliveri helped launch the new church in 2022. Blacksburg is home to Virginia Tech and its 35,000 students. They hope the church reaches not only students but lost people of every age and ethnicity..Learn more here.

A church plant in Ann Arbor, Michigan, “Treasuring Christ Church exists to glorify God by multiplying disciples who together delight in, declare, and display the gospel in all of life and for the good of Ann Arbor.”
Serve Roanoke
We serve the Roanoke valley several times each year and through a church-wide mission week each summer. We hope to make a genuine contribution to the betterment of Roanoke County, the city of Roanoke, and its surrounding communities.
Garden City Church - Chicago
Pray for Sam & Emily Copeland as they seek to make disciples who love God, love people, and seek the good of Chicago. It is a city teeming with buzz and bustle, bruises and brokenness. It is also a city desperately in need of the good news of Jesus Christ. We are sending the Copelands to Chicago to make him known through the proclamation of the gospel and the demonstration of his good kingdom.
